It's the most idiotic interview process I have ever witnessed, had they told me ahead of time that they record every single employee with their spyware, I wouldn't have even taken the time to apply.

You must complete work assignments for them, which they then use for business purposes. The whole company is a scam, nobody uses them to hire employees expect for a bunch of sister companies e.g. Trilogy.
