This was one of the best interview experiences I've had. The recruiter Inesa was so lovely and always kept me informed and helped me put my best foot forward. The pairing round was unusually relaxed. I had been told before hand what the exercise would be and had a few days to think about how best to solve the problem. During the call it was like a real life pairing scenario rather than a gotcha type situation. I can't believe I'm saying this but I had fun doing the session! The third and final round was a culture fit and there were questions about typical situations that come up when working with clients. Again it was relaxed and felt like a philosophical chat rather than a grilling. Overall just a smooth and straightforward process that didn't waste my time or stress me out.
