Worst interviewer I’ve ever had. It was long and it felt like a bait and switch. Went in with experience and even showed welding and other techniques. Was met with a long interview that had very unrelated/personal questions. Then told there isn’t a paid position for me but basically you can intern/train with the owner. Felt like this is just a scam to get experienced people to interview just to be talked down to/into interning.

It was hilarious and very frustrating. I met with the owner and he asked the weirdest questions ever. He loves to hear himself talk and he has a huge ego. After about 2 hours I just go tired and said, sorry but I don't think this is for me....good luck with your search. If you notice...this company has job postings on Indeed and Craigslist every single day. I have a feeling that people don't last there long after getting to know this guy. They want you to be able to design, fabricate, and weld all at a professional level and for a minimum wage type of salary.
