First round interview with a technical recruiter, who had some understanding of sales. They have put in place a very clear and thorough way of scheduling calls and that was appreciated, but the recruiter didn't fully map what the hiring manager was looking for... When it came time to speak to the hiring manager, it was clear that mainly looking for a pure program functionary - and noteworthy that all the questions were about pipeline gen (makes one question why that is?)
