At first, the recruiter and team were very responsive and easy to work with. I was excited since I had heard good things about Crowdstrike and the company had great online reviews. There were 3 rounds of interviews. 1st round with the hiring manager, 2nd round with the team members and 3rd round was with the hiring manager again. I had made it to the last round of interviews and sent 2-3 follow-ups afterwards; each follow-up e-mail was sent within a week. This was very disappointing as I had made it far in the interview process but received no update whatsoever regarding the status of the role. After being ghosted for over 2 months, the recruiter and hiring manager reached out to me again and told me that the role I applied to had changed a little but they opened new roles on the team. They asked if I would apply to a non-senior position, which is not what I initially applied to. I decided that I did not want to continue with this opportunity and told the company I was no longer interested. While it was flattering that they reached back out, the fact that I was ghosted in the first place was very off-putting.
