Process started with a discussion with internal recruiter. After this was invited to take part in a Skyline CTF exercise. This is a black box exercise with little information what would be facing. This contained a series of questions related to technical practical analytical skills. Upon completion was invited to technical interviews with 2 senior analysts, the questions asked ranged from straightforward basic questions to more complex technical questions. This followed by a management interview which cover softer skills i.e communication and time management. Overall the process from start to finish took 4 weeks. Recruiter was really helpful it was a very enjoyable experience
