Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela CrowdStrike em out. de 2022
Entrevista
Standard several hour tech interview --- half-day coding exercise, about four hours of interviews. And then nothing. You get used to being ghosted after (for example) a single recruiter call, but after multiple interviews, in some cases discussing mutual colleagues/friends? That's not a little bit rude.

Coding question was a straightforward interpreter.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa CrowdStrike.
Entrevista
The process was straightforward. There were 6-7 rounds of interview, included talking to most members of the team, along with take home assignment and a panel discussion.
I reached to the end, and we discussed numbers for the offer - which is where some wannabe "Director" rolled into the picture and proceeded to act like a jerk. I kept my end - polite and as helpful as a Candidate can be - thinking it can be something of a pressuring tactic. But later on came to know that my feedback was quite negative; which was a complete u-turn from the earlier feedback I had received.
The proceeded to offer a position at a junior role, which I take it is a polite way of signalling - that you are not wanted, please dont play chicken with us.
tldr - internal alignment issues, not clear policies and yes a "jerk/joker" as India Site lead

A call from HR, she sounded bored and unimpressed
Then we scheduled the first interview. It lasted 2.5 hours, quite long but the interviewer was nice and friendly
Then we scheduled a second interview with 2 more people, 1 manager and 1 developer. They were quite unpleasant, didn't smile for the entire duration of the interview which lasted 2 more hours. It was a bit intimidating.
They barely introduced themselves, were very quite, and seemed highly unhappy.
If you pass you will have another interview with a higher up manager

They show you a code snippet of a bank, and ask what's wrong with it. Basically synchronization questions. You will need to place some locks in order to protect the critical section without creating a deadlock.
Say we have a parking lot model.
The code is already in production.
You have objects for: parking slot, valet, parking lot, and vehicle.
We would like to support different vehicle types now (like, a slot for a truck, a slot for a taxi, and so on)
How will you expand the existing model? Assume the client is also a developer.
What if we add more constraints in the future like, parking slot by color? By size?
