I applied online through Cyber Coders and went through a phone screening with them. Next, I went through a phone interview with the UX lead. This was followed by an in-person interview. The in-person interview was with three different people: the UX lead, an interaction designer and product manager. Overall, they asked the usual UX questions and introduced the company to me. The interaction designer did go through a very simple 20 minute design challenge with me where we looked at different apps or websites to identify what's good and bad.
