I did a phone interview to attend their leadership conference.After meeting with the partners and other employees, they told the students that were attending that students they liked would get internship offers. A week later, I got my offer via phone and email. I never had to interview for the internship! Hopefully the internship leads to a job and I don't have to interview again

There was only one interview. It was over zoom and, overall, pretty casual. The discussion was mostly about my personal life and aspirations rather than my academic performance. The interview process was very seamless.
