Had an initial screen with a Partner that didn't seem clear on how to conduct an interview . Basically asked me questions specific to his line of work (which was separate from what I was interviewing for), constantly said 'yup' as I was talking, and didn't ask any follow up questions, which was frustrating as my experience lines up with the role. Seemed a little arrogant for a company with no name recognition, poor pay, and extremely high travel requirements.
