First interview was easy with HR, very basic questions gathering information on your background. Second round of interviews was with a supervisor and manager. Focused on my experience and how I handled certain situations (mistakes and organizing my work). I felt I had a very strong interview having experience in all areas they brought up but I still did not make it to the final round.
