It involved a phone interview which I have done before in the past. However they mentioned if I was interested for a second interview and never got back to me which I found very unprofessional. The interview took me a few weeks to hear after applying and then kept me waiting to hear a yes or a no for a second interview. I found the first interview very unnecessary and did not involve or ask me anything about my resume, skills, experience in and out of school, it was a personality quiz which I found to be a large waste of time.
