I only had the first interview over the phone. This position basically trains you to do the work related functions by shadowing. I'm still waiting for the second interview call, but it's been 4 weeks and the recruiter says the interviewers are taking too long to make the decision. The interview was very easy, it was just the interviewer telling/describing the work functions and asking if it was okay for you. I basically asked work related questions during the interview like whom do I report to if i were hired? Do I have a lot of time to practice the work? Is there growth if I were hired? I had the interview with a senior engineer so I guess he wasn't steering it as a formal interview. It was very easy and you need to know thoroughly about the company and DAS systems.

First round HR telephone interview. Asked me how did I learnt about the position. Asked about my previous work experiences. After three weeks there was a second interview over the telephone with hiring manager.
