Given the questions, helpful to prepare. Interviewers were friendly gave little to no prompts. Given time to prepare and were encouraging. Overall I found the experience for this interview good.

Focused on behaviour and strength questions. Interview went smooth and panel members were welcoming and nice. Be prepared to base answer on why the CPS is where you want to work.
