Part of the process was ok , they contacted me ,assessment requested, they scheduled an interview and they canceled it just few minutes before it starts, after they call me and didn’t let me finish speaking, very unprofessional

Very shady and misleading behavior from both recruiters and managers. After a 1h interview with the department manager I had to wait almost two weeks to receive a feedback, and if it wasn’t for me that solicited an answer they wouldn’t even bother to let you know they decided to choose other candidates. Although this is part of the game, the reasons they told me were clearly some very-bad-acted excuses.
