I had a phone screen for the People Operations Coordinator position through an employee referral. Tatiana, the recruiter I spoke with, was very polite and extremely thorough with the phone screen. She asked a lot of detailed questions and also answered the questions I had without hesitation. I was very impressed because she knew the job very well and really advocated for the People Operations team and Cruise. Unfortunately I did not move forward in the interview process but I had a great experience nonetheless.
