Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Cruise em out. de 2021
Entrevista
I was approached originally by one of Cruise's Recruiting Suppliers. I had a call with the Recruiter at that company, who then submitted my information to the hiring manager at Cruise to review. A few days later, I was set up with a VC with the hiring manager. I was then moved to the "onsite" portion that consisted of 3 VC interviews since everyone is remote due to COVID. I had my 3 follow-up VC's with members of the team the following week and about a week or so after that I was extended an offer (~2-3 week process total).

Cruise strikes me as a company that's wildly organized and doesn't have a talent strategy. Only hires from other AV/Robotics companies, but claims to be industry leaders innovating the product/tech. Hire innovators, not competitors then
Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Cruise (Los Angeles, CA) em abr. de 2021
Entrevista
Had an interview set up and the Recruiter never showed up. Never got an email apologizing as well. I had to reach out and find out what is going on. This company is very unorganized and unprofessional. Cruise ended up passing on me due to having two finalists? How is that when they don't join zoom interview invites. Lame excuses on interview process. I wouldn't work here because of the lack of ability to respect other people's time.
