Entrevista
Three in-person interviews with general manager, fitness sales manager, and head personal trainer. This happened inside the gym and was 1:1. Each person took about 15-20 minutes to interview me.
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.

Was punctual, and helpful to learn something new. However, they did not get back to me about the decision. Can be offered different options to see how I will be doing.
