Usually you will have two interviews, the first one is pretty much basic questions like Why did you choose crunch and how you would help the company grow ..etc and the second one is a practical on-hand

Why did you choose to be a personal trainer?
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.

Was punctual, and helpful to learn something new. However, they did not get back to me about the decision. Can be offered different options to see how I will be doing.
