Professional setting. It was divided into two parts: a traditional and a practical interview. I was given a breakdown of what was expected of me. For the practical interview, I had to go on the floor and show the FC how I would train.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
