I applied via a referral. Recruiter reached out. Scheduled first round for a coding challenge with a senior member of the Team. It was on Coderbyte or some similar platform. There was a existing repo with some code (class) already written in some file. I was given a problem to list all the security groups whose ssh access was open. The real challenge was to understand the nested structure of the data already generated by the class. The interviewer was very helpful and guided as needed providing useful tips. I was coding in python but it looked like they preferred TypeScript since their everything was in that.
