The interview process was straight forward. A phone call with the manager/ DataBase Administrator. The interview was very vague and was not technical enough. The questions framed did not gauge any requirements they mentioned in their job requirements. With all due respect, the manager did not have any sense of what he was asking and when asked about the vision of his team and the kind of projects they want to do, there was no solid answer. I think the team does not have a vision and lacks a solid structure for interview.
