The process was ok. As far as remote webcam-based interviews are concerned. The recruiter admitted to being new to the process, but otherwise no real issues. The art team provided information when asked, but seemed reluctant to share some of the difficulties the team were experiencing. After an art test I did not hear back from anyone.

Incredibly slow and disrespectful of time. Took almost 2 weeks to schedule the HR initial screen, which treated me like I knew nothing about video game development. Gave times for second interview and didn't hear anything back for a week. Then a week later I got a rejection notice because they filled the role. Total waste of time.

30 min recruiter screen 45 min technical screen in C++ If you pass, then you're asked to do: 2x 45 min technical interview in C over Teams And if you pass THAT, then you do: 45 min team fit interview 45 min behavioral questions on your processes 45 min systems design question Every interview went over the time allotted. Every interview except the recruiter screen was a panel interview. A few of the interviewers sit there and stare and don't talk to you the whole time (super uncomfortable and unwelcoming). Two of my interviewers were very kind and patient, one was pretty condescending.
