First, I had a video interview with HR where we mainly discussed my background. The second step was a video interview with the Team Leader and a Senior Engineer. In the third step, I was given an assignment to complete. After submitting it, HR asked about my salary expectations. I responded, but the next day I received a rejection letter. I requested detailed feedback from HR, but there was no response.

3 rounds of interview for defi wallet team, you will interview with team lead and senior colleagues, an assignment to ask you make a specific project in 12 hours, interview with VP

Entrevista
I was interviewed for iOS developer (remote) position in Feb 2022.
I had only 2 rounds of interviews.
First one was a 30min introduction chat with a basic set of questions. Why are you looking for a job? What do you know about Crypto.com? etc.
The second round was a technical interview with 2 iOS engineers. The interview was around 45 mins. Short introduction and then some technical questions (do you know the tech A, did you work with the tech B) and they left 10 mins for me to ask some questions.
A day after this interview I got an offer.
The compensation was pretty good, although not incredible.
The thing that made me to decline the offer and go with another one was the fact that at that time they were doing crazy hiring and it felt that they just wanted to get as many people as possible into the company so they didn't have a proper technical check which made me concerned of the level of people that they were hiring.
With the current market it's probably changed, but who knows how it would be in the future when the market is back on to the rising trend.
