1- Initial screening with a Technical Recruiter (30 minutes)
A brief call to discuss your background, experience, and interest in the role, as well as an overview of the position.
2- Virtual Technical/Coding Interview with the Hiring Manager (1 hour)
A remote interview focused on coding skills, problem-solving, and discussion of relevant technical experience.
3- In-Person Technical Interview with the Client (1 hour)
A final interview with the client team to evaluate technical expertise and overall fit for the role.

The exercise consists of building a simple catalog page using the Pokémon public API. Candidates fetch and display a list of Pokémon, similar to a product catalog, demonstrating their ability to work with APIs, manage data, and build a responsive UI.
