I went to the big career fair they have and went from table to table. It was pretty casual. There was a second round of the interview that I believe was in a group. I could not go because it was in the middle of the week and I was away at school. It didn't matter too much because they just talked to me over the phone and at the end of the phone call they offered me the job.
