I applied and waited about a week before sending a follow up email, and I got a call within the next day after sending a follow up. It was a very easy process, it was done over Zoom and the interview was not intimidating. I got asked what my strengths and weaknesses are, why I wanted the job, and if there was a specific department I'd like to work in. Overall, it was a pleasant interview and it was relaxed, it felt like I was just talking to a couple of old friends.
