I heard that there was an interviewing process taking place in the administrative branch, so I took my resume and went in person to apply. I met the personal assistant of the network head at branch and she offered me an interview the same day, it was quite surprising but I was glad they had that system. I went there on time for my interview and was met by two regional managers for my first interview, they screened my resume, asked me about my experience, my education, my background and expectations. It was a satisfying interview, steady steps and straight to the point interview. Second step I received a call from the human resources department to have an English test and psychometric test related to the job. I successfully completed the two tests and last step was receiving another call for a last interview with the human resources recruitment head and signed the contract after the medical exams of course.
