The Company shared their opening through a Consultancy Firm from where I came to know about the Company and their requirement for a SharePoint Developer. The Company was closed for office renovation when I went there and got to know that the venue has been changed at the last moment, so for me it was quite unprofessional as I had traveled 900+ Km to an unknown city for the Interview. Interviewer had no idea about SharePoint. The overall experience was as if I am not being interviewed but as if I was a Senior SharePoint Consultant or Architect and the interviewer was a new client of SharePoint.
