I had two phone interviews and a video chat interview, I've never had 3 interviews before for a position. I do think this is a good way to find qualifying candidates.

Very simple and short, the woman I interviewed with was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to have a fluent conversation with her.
