Overall negative experience. Recruiter was very communicative until I finished the final case study/presentation. I’ve interviewed a lot and I would say this was the biggest case study that I had ever done, it took about 3-5 days to complete. The feedback I received along the way was all positive, including a 45-min phone interview with the recruiter, a 90-min video interview with the hiring manager, a 60-min case study/presentation with two people, and another 60-min video interview with a potential colleague. I haven’t heard a word since then, which was two weeks ago, so I assume I got ghosted. Not sure of the actual intention of the job posting since it’s been reposted several times on LinkedIn and remains open to this day (been over a month). It left me feeling all they needed was the info I shared during the presentation. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.
