Sit down interview with the shift manager. Very straightforward. Asked about previous experience working on teams and serving customers. Also talked about availability and long term vision. Unfortunately the shift manager was fired and my interview never got filed. I tried following up, but did not get a response until the position was filled.

Very quick, asked questions then was hired
No back ground check, no drug test, asked me the pay rate I wanted. They agreed with my pay, gave me uniform and paperwork to study.

Entrevista
Super simple, not too in depth. I was offered the job immediately afterwards, and started working later that week. Laid out basic expectations of work day and scheduling, tax laws and payment methods, and was generally kind.
