The interview process began with an online application that I had sent to a recruiter that I met at a hiring fair. Shortly after I had sent the online application, I was asked to have a phone interview with a recruiter from their HR department. After the phone interview, I had an in person interview with the managing director at the office location I was applying for. Cumming excelled at keeping their applications "in the know" with weekly updates of where they were in the interviewing process.

Had a standard phone interview then got asked to come into the office and interview with the hiring managers. The interview consisted of a few questions about my resume then shifted to my hobbies and interests outside of school/work. No behavioral questions.
