Entrevista
I had 2 interviews, the first interview was with 2 engineers from 2 different plants of Cummins (Columbus, Jamestown), second interview was with 1 engineer (Columbus)
First interview, it's behavioral, they ask you questions like: Describe a moment when you were challenged by a project? and some diversity question like: Describe a moment when you had to work with someone from another culture?
Second interview was pretty much behavioral too, but with some easy technical questions, I remember I was describing a project I worked on and first try it failed and so my interviewer asked me: how did you fix it, and why did you think that was the issue? Pretty straight forward and easy.

Very basic questions, asked a lot of behavioural questions. The interviewer is trying to analyse the way you think and get a gauge on what type of person you are.

Got a call from Recruiter and Interview got scheduled with Hiring manager & team. Within a day got a result. Quick process and got an offer letter after a week.

Relaxed and professional. I was at ease during the interview, and the questions asked were standard interview questions. Strengths and weaknesses, when have you worked well in a team etc.
