Campus recruit events first as the 1st round. After passed the 1st round, Cummins invited me to the headquarter for the 2nd round. In the 1st round, 2 interviewers ask behavioral questions and check on your background and experiences. In the 2nd round, I visited the headquarter by myself instead of joining the group session the next week because of schedule conflict. Cummins provided a short tour on the site then had me interview with Finance function leaders 1 on 1. I interviewed with 4 different director level people. One of them offered a position for me after the interviews.

I was approached through linkedin by their talent acquisition specialist. By the time i agreed on interview, the position was on freeze and would open up again in 2021. Come 2021, the recruiter reached out again to ask if id be interested, i said yes. I had one interview with a panel of 3 interviewers. The talent acquisition guy was filling in for hr manager, hiring manager and hiring manager's boss. HR guy asked behavioral related question, hiring manager asked more job description related question and his boss wanted to know more about long term plans. It was a one hour call. Pay scale around 25k to 30k aed/month can be expected.
