Was an in house intern when got the offer.
Standard process that I am aware of is company contacting you directly, and going through 1:1 interviews in the following sequence: HR, Manager, Director.
Very basic questions, asked a lot of behavioural questions. The interviewer is trying to analyse the way you think and get a gauge on what type of person you are.
