The interview process began with an initial call, followed by an in-person interview lasting an hour. During this, I was required to deliver a 15-minute presentation on the meaning of CRO and suggest improvements for a specific page on Cunard's website. This was then followed by a further round of questions with the Head of Digital and the Digital Marketing Manager. However, despite it being four weeks since the interview, I have yet to receive any communication regarding my application, even after following up via email. This lack of response has left a poor impression of the organisation, as it feels unprofessional and disrespectful not to inform candidates about their application status. It’s disappointing, especially considering the effort put into the presentation, and has made me rethink the value of these exercises in a business setting.

Screening interview, face to face interview. Friendly and welcoming, interview was over 90 minutes and positive experience. With reporting line manager and department director. Took about 10 days to come back with a response. Unsuccessful and provided limited feedback although this was offered.
