I was first contacted by phone after submitting my resume online. They were very specific in stating you may start by having to work second shift. It was a basic interview with questions about your past experience. Focused more on importance of attendance and ability to work various shifts. They base pay isn't that great but they will consistently tell you that bonuses are easy to attain and you can make alot of money. The reality is that is somewhat true. if you aren't good enough to make the bonuses you wont be working there long anyway. So yes if you have a job there for any length of time you are making decent money because your hitting the bonus.
