4 step process; HR, hiring managers, peer interview and finally a presentation. Things went well until the final interview. Spent a large amount of time on prepping the presentation only to have one of the hiring managers leave the interview early. Feedback given was largely positive following the interview process, yet still wasn’t offered the position. Seems they’re searching for perfection instead of someone willing to learn and work hard.
