Candidatei-me pessoalmente. Fui entrevistado pela Curative AI, Inc. (Bellevue, WA) em jul. de 2025
Entrevista
The interview process was well organized and team members who I interviewed with appeared to be professional and polite... Until I had a chance to interview with the co-founder and CEO. She claimed to be an AI expert but doesn't seem to have any knowledge about how LLM is being used in modern AI use cases. She also repeatedly stated that loyalty to her is more important than anything else she's looking for. Very weird...

[Caution: Offer withdrawn]
I went through a multi-round interview process and was verbally offered the role and cash compensation on a Friday. I was told I would have time to review the offer, but no written offer was ever sent.
We verbally aligned on a start date the following Tuesday, with a plan to receive and sign the official offer by Thursday, "or it's gone, we will find someone else". That same day, I was asked to provide my legal name and address for the offer letter, but no written offer was sent despite follow-ups. Overnight, the CEO requested an earlier start date. I responded with flexibility and attempted to align, but the offer was withdrawn 96 minutes after I was told the offer was being drafted.
At the time the offer was rescinded, I had already submitted my resignation to my current employer. I had also asked for clarity on compensation details, including equity, but received no transparency regarding the total equity pool.
The product manager and engineer I interviewed with were professional and enthusiastic. The interview process itself was smooth and respectful.

With AI, how would you present/design information on what was a dashboard solution?

There was 3 interviews with different members of the team. The scheduling was chaotic but I think this may be because they are starting their hiring pipelines so don't have a handle on everything.
There was no information given ahead of time about what the interviews would involve or what to expect.
None of the interviewers seemed to have any experience in actual front end stack and were reading off questions from what seemed like an AI prompt of "What should I ask someone in a front end interview?". Trivia questions were like "How do you make a page responsive?", "How do you test on devices?", etc.
First interview was 30 minutes of trivia, 15 minutes of coding.
Second interview was 40 minutes of trivia.
Third interview was 30 minutes of trivia + STAR like questions + 10 minute on the spot coding.
At no point in either coding did they have existing sites or example problems ready.
