R1: Data Structures and Algorithms
R2: Random Questions on Javascript , Literally anything on UI
R3: React, Javascript
R4: Cultural Fit
Right of the bat it felt real bad, Worst interview experience I had.
Do the Data Structures and Algorithms in Google docs , Cure.Fit is not Google and even of it were, Google docs is horrific choice to write code.
Then some guy came, very sleepy, He moved from dead code removal Algorithms to string vs object.
Some other guy , who just wants to prove he knows more than you.
On top of all this, They sens their back-end manager who didn't even took my interview to negotiate a offer with me.
I already had a better offer , Forget about matching it, they offered 15% less than existing offer and didn't want to negotiate at all.
They can't afford even 30% hike.
Everyone wants best talent , no one wants to pay.
Wasted my Saturday and a week with HR who doesn't understand what RSU is and keep confusing my documents with someone else.
Interview itself was pity, no one had any good questions to ask, everyone wants to argue, Twist your words. All questions are the ones you would google for interviews.
My suggestions is if your salary expectations are good and you respect yourself , DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE.
I was judged by a Manager, who didn't even took my interview and was sent for negotiation and that too he couldn't do.
A back end guy sent for evaluating worth of a front end developer , who didn't even took interview and solely relied on resume and number of years.
