I landed up at the office without confirmation of any appointment, yet the HR was kind enough to welcome and accommodate me. I was asked to submit a written test based on a health-related topic assigned to me and was later called for two rounds of discussion with two key decision makers from the management. A common, positive behavior pattern I observed in the 3 rounds of discussion was the management's approach to convince me that my tenure in the organization is going to be comfortable and the warmth of the individuals. I could also sense that they value employees and don't merely see them as tools to extract work from.

Entrevista
Telephone interview, submission of test articles, Face to Face interview. The process was quite transparent and it was more conversational than intimidating. I had an interview with HR, with my immediate supervisor and with the company CEO.
