First interview is a phone screening with a recruiter. Very good and professional overview of my background. Asked why I joined my current company, why I am considering to leave. What would be my next ideal opportunity.
Second interview is a standard behavioral quiestionary so called Director Software Engineering. The interview was a set of standard question about how I operate/hire/motivate/execute.
Some questions were about cloud technologies AWS/Heroku etc. Very important question is about how to promote people. The hiring manager is a junior engineer so this is important to learn how answer these questions. Overall this interview was on a low end. I would not recommend interviewing with this company because I don't think they are ready to hire an experience manager.
