The interview process at Curriculum Associates was incredibly thorough and thoughtful - and largely the reason I decided to join the company. The process consisted of a few preliminary phone calls with their talent team and CEO to talk through background and areas of interest/company need - followed by a full day of in-person conversations with key folks throughout the organization. Every person I met with showed real passion for their work and was extremely forthcoming in discussing goals and areas where support would be needed. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to meet with so many people from different teams, giving me a real cross-functional understanding of the company structure and the ways in which teams interact. Everyone I met with made themselves readily available for follow-up questions. It is clear this rapidly-growing company places enormous value on their people and in ensuring they've got the right talent on the bus.

The interview process culminated with the question, "What do you want to do here?" - A question that encouraged me to think through all the facets of the company I'd explored and all the areas of need that folks had identified. I was able to really think through where and how my expertise could be best applied to the good of the company - and also ensure I was filling a role that would be both personally and professionally fulfilling.
