I was contacted three weeks after applying online. I had a phone interview with two current management development associates. I heard back seven days later, not from my interviewers, but from the Curriculum Associates Recruiting Team. I was told that the applicant pool was extremely strong this year and that they wouldn't pursue me further. They re-posted the job the next day, after it had been taken down for two weeks. It has now been up for a week, so even if it was an automatic re-post, it's clear that their applicant pool was not so competitive as to keep them from soliciting new hires. The recruitment team could probably use some advising on how to write rejection letters, you know, to perhaps, as representatives of Curriculum Associates, avoid dishonesty.

The whole process took about 2 months. I started with a phone interview, then 5 Skype interviews, then 3 in-person interviews. Everyone was very friendly, and each interview lasted about 30 minutes. They were all a bit different in their own way.
