Entrevista
I was excited to interview with CA after reviewing such positive reviews by employees but I was disappointed with their interview process. I applied online and heard back from recruiter within 2 weeks but there was no recruiter round which means I didn't even get a chance to understand the salary range for the position. First-round was scheduled with One of executives which was canceled 2 days before the interview. Then I met Hiring Manager who was the best person I met throughout this interview. She was really helpful and helped me understand what the position and company are about. 2 more panel rounds were scheduled after a week.
1st Panel Round - I felt like the interviewers didn't even come prepared and they hadn't even looked at my resume before coming to interview. They were from completely different technology-focused areas than the position I applied for. There were awkward silences and had no idea of how the position will be partnering with them. Red flag for me was when I didn't get any answer on how someone could progress within the role I applied for and what learnings I will be offered
2nd Panel Round - I interviewed with two more team leaders. One of them was really helpful and was a pleasure to talk with. I found it really disrespectful and rude when I asked for emails of interviewers, One interviewer provided me instantly and I was waiting for another interviewer to provide me email, but second interviewer made a sarcastic comment. It made me feel guilty and really broke my confidence with such a tone.
I heard back after 2 weeks following panel rounds that I didn't get selected. I don't think I would have accepted offer even if I had received one.
