Entrevista
An online processes first takes place in which the candidate must answer multiple choice questions. These questions surround personality as well as testing company knowledge.
Afterwards a face-to-face interview is conducted asking about different aspects surrounding the company and the role.
Usually an offer is made after the interview process by telephone a few days after however an offer may sometimes occur straight after the interview conducted.

Entrevista
I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
Interview was not too difficult, mainly behavior questions. They might give you a scenario and you have to tell them what you would in that scenario and rank your actions.
