The worst interview process I have seen. There is online tests, then a phone call and then assessment day. The assessment day was absolutely horrid. They do not pay for travel. Everything felt rushed. There was group task, presentation and 1 to 1 interview. They made us the candidates do a 20 minute presentation with 20 minute prep time. Then after assessment, we were promised we would get results after a week. I did not hear anything for 1 and a half months. This was after numerous attempts of chasing up with different people. They actually started to ghost me. I eventually sent a email to the careers team and I got my result yet still no feedback. Treating candidates like this should not be allowed. Absolutely horrid company
