Very task driven. You are given a series of tasks to do in 3 hours and those who perform best will get the job, The tasks were things like identifying what you would do to improve the product and how you would achieve certain tasks plus getting as many people within an hour to get a task done so they could measure your level of influence with people.

A lot of hypothetical and personality based questions. And repeatedly asking the same questions again and again from different angles to see if you are consistent or lying. A lot of emphasis is place on character and competency.
