Met with HR representative and then the woman I would be supporting. It was 1:1 interviewing and the process was seamless. I first met with the HR rep in Chicago and then where the position would be in Rosemont, IL. The questions were what you would expect in any interview with the focus on finding out my attention to detail and the ability to work with little direction.
